One to One

If you need more privacy or have specific needs we can arrange one-to-one sessions with Cathy. You can bring up to two people with you.

Here some examples of people who have used the sessions with special requirements:

• A couple had been to antenatal classes with the NHS but felt they still had more questions.
• A young teenager who didn't want to go to group classes came with her partner and her mum.
• A woman who had a caesarian section previously. She didn't want a course but wanted to know how to increase her chances of having a normal birth.

ONE-TO-ONE FULL COURSE

We have many couples who choose one-to-one sessions instead of group antenatal classes. In this situation we recommend that you have at least two 2 hour sessions. However, you can choose to have either of these sessions on their own if you wish.

SESSION 1 - Labour and Birth
SESSION 2 - Feeding and caring for your baby

We can visit you at home if you live in Leeds, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Huddersfield or Halifax. Alternatively, we can see you at one of our venues:
